I have a user and her outlook calendar has a lot of items which do not belong to her/not created by her.

If there are tool I could use to troubleshoot this, please advise.

Thanks.

Nav2567,

Does this user have a delegate setup? Perhaps her (the delegates) appointments are showing up there. Do you know which other user (if only 1) that the appointments are from, or are they from multiple other users?

No delegate setup.  Only herself is shown.   No other users.
Do you know if mapi editor can find out what is going on?  If you do, do you know how to use it?  I have checked the document and it is not very detail.
Thx.
