WHat's the default user name and password

I reset this box but can't get into w/ out the correct user and password

You can try these logins and passwords
http://www.default-password.info/us-robotics/

If they do not work. You will need to install and run the configuration wizard from the CD.
Tips: Before you run the wizard, have Wireshark running and monitor all network traffic. You will be able to sniff out the default login & password when the wizard establishes a telnet connection to the router.

why the wizard?  I don't have time to sniff out.  I need this asap. btw - the user name and passwords provided did not work.

Because according to the user manual for that box, the wizard does not ask you for the username and password. I believe they must have hardcoded the default user/password in the wizard.

my bad.  apparently, holding the reset button 10 seconds doesnt neccesarilly reset to factory defaults.  second time is the charm
