Outlook will only open in Safe Mode, not Normal Mode

Started having trouble today opening Outlook. Screen
did ask me if I wanted to open Outlook in the "Safe Mode". I did open it
that way.

It said that I could fix what ever is wrong with Outlook by doing this.
Well, I don't know what is wrong so how can I fix it even if it is in Safe
Mode.

It seems to be working fine in safe mode. What can i do to figure out why
it will not open in regular mode??

This may be caused by a plug in that is loading with outlook. Under tool options advanced I believe you should have the ability to disable any plugins loaded with outlook.

You could also start outlook from the commandlline with ourlook.exe /cleanprofile. This will remove any invalid entries and recreate the originals.

If that doesnt work once in safe mode you could always do a detect and repair.

And finally the last step if all else fails you can blow away the profile and start a new one from scratch. This will remove any settings that may be causing issues in the existing profile by starting fresh.

I deleted the add-ins and all is fine now.
