How to get client computer to make vpn connection automaticly.

I need to make VPN connection from home private computers to work.

So i need to make some kind of script, i can send the users.
The script needs to promte for Username and password.
But have static IP and domain.
The users have Windows XP and Vista on thier private computers.

But this i need to get done without guide the user trough it via phone or mail.

A VPN connection would be my first priority.
But this need to be configuret by a script the user can execute.

that would suggest network issues are causing the block at other times but the process is valid?

the problem is, if the users have other connections, then the tab order isnt good. but its working almost all the time.

unfotunately difficult to workaround that using a keystroke command, get users to delete other connections before running?
