tape error

i've changed my hp dat 72 because every day my backup failed with yellow led flashing. it seems clean tape problem but after using clean tape problem exist again
in some backup i've this message from veritas backup exec:"Attention -  unit to tape has problems with the writing of the data. They have not been lost given but the ability to the tape is reduced. Automated bookcase: Unit: HP 3 Slot: Critic - the data are in danger: 1. To copy the data from this tape. 2. Not to use more this tape. 3. Riavviare l' operation with a various tape. Automated bookcase: Unit: HP 3 Slot:"
I've tried 10 new tapes but often this happen. in the morning i see the yellow led lighting.the backup seems to be good.

Re-seat your connections btween the sever and the tape device (SCSI Cards, cables, etc). Sometimes this can happen if there are communication problems between the devices.
