I have a an Active directory forest with one domain. I intend to have three sites and 3 DCs, one in each site. At the moment i have one DC in the central site. I have created 3 OUs, one for each site. I want the other guys at the two sites to administer their respective OUs only and perform no administrative tasks on the domain. I am trying to avoid to many hands on the AD. How can i delegate administration of users and maybe backups only/

If you want to delegate control then right click on the container that you want to delegate control of - the domain or an OU and use the Delegation of Control wizard http://www.windowsnetworking.com/kbase/WindowsTips/Windows2000/AdminTips/Miscellaneous/UsingtheDelegationofControlWizardStep-by-step.html
