unable to recieve address from outlook 0x8004005

when i try to download default global adress list in exchange 2007 from outlook i get this message:

0x8004005

i have exchange 2007 co existing with exchange 2000.

i have tried to upgrade the default adress list to exchange 2007 with no luck, all the other address lists i have been upgraded successfully.

Have you done with OAB Folders replication from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2007?

i deleted the old default address list using ADSI edit and creating a new one using exchange shell, and no this works.
