Mail for Exchange - System Error, Try again later

Hello,
I use MFE software on Nokia E71. I'm trying to synchronize datas with a specific account and I had the error message "System Error, Try again later". but, if i use an other account it works. If i synchronize with an HTC i don't have any problems. So I have a doubt of the symbian software but if anyone have a idea to help i take it!!
Thank you!!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you are able to access other accounts with ease - this does not look like Symbian O/S issue.
Also, if you are able to access your account from other hand-held device - this proves your account is responding well with Exchange.

Why not delete your profile and re-create on Nokia N71 device ??

I already tried to create this profile on 2 Nokia E71. I tried to change SIM card.  I called our provider to see if eventually the profile of the user has a problem. NOTHING. We think that maybe there is a element (one mail, one calendar) but i'm not sure because when i try to synchronize just contact or calendar or mails it doesn't work. i have difficulties to understand that.

On this very same Nokia phone, if you create a profile of a working user (on some other phone) - does it work ??

Since, if that working user does not work on this Nokia E71 - its best not to bother about your affected user's profile / account.

We have the same problem with several Nokia e71's.
Can you check the Mfe version?
Because we have problems with the devices with version 2.07. The old ones with version 2.04 are running without problems. The ones with version 2.07 can't sycnh automatically..
