does DocumentCollection deleteDocument method question (NotesDocumentCollection)

it's a simple question, but i need a response ASAP.
i'm with lotus domino / notes 7.

it's about
DocumentCollection.deleteDocument(doc) (in java)
NotesDocumentCollection.DeleteDocument(doc) (in LotusScript)

I just want to be sure that DeleteDocument "remove" a document form the colection and does NOT delete it from the database.

You are correct.  The document will be removed from the collection, not deleted from the database.

Here's the text from the R7 Designer help file:

"Deletes a document from a collection (not from the disk)."
