Can you help with Citrix printing issues?

Are there Citrix experts here?  I have users saying they cannot print to their usual printer and cannot determine issue(s) affecting this.

Thanks for responses.  I am working with a help desk operator from remote.  He provided following:

1. Printers autocreating. 1 specific example is a HPLJ 1022 that will not autocreate. I had the user log off of Citrix, watched her session disappear from Citrix. She did not have any printers created. Then I had her log back on. I saw her session come back up, but still no printer. She can print from the printer on her local machine, and it is set as the default printer, but will not be created in Citrix. We also have a printer here in the office that is having the same issue. This printer is a Ricoh printer, but it works for most people, but is having problems today.
 
2. We have a user who has a HP Deskjet 6122. To get him to print, I have to set the print driver on the Citrix server to a HP Deskjet only driver. That allows him to print. But the next day, the driver reverts back to the 6122, and he can not print. Does he have to install the HP Deskjet printer on his PC or can we force the Citrix server to always use the working driver everytime he logs on?
 
3. This is more of a question than a problem. But when a user logs into a Citrix server, where is the printer created? We have 2 Citrix servers, and one(xxxCTX08) has a lot of printers listed, but xxxCTX09 only has a few, but 09 has more users logged into it. Does Citrix create the printer on the server the user logs onto? Or can it create the printer on either server?
 
4. Monday, I was messing around in Citrix, and broke printing for everyone, I think. I went into the Printer Compatibility and added some drivers there, thinking that would force Citrix to use those drivers for those printers. But, I think that forced Citrix to only use those drivers, and did not allow it to use any other drivers. So I changed that back to being blank, and I think that fixed the problems Monday. But could that still be causing issues today?
