How to stop a windows xp computer from auto locking

Hello everyone,

I have never seen this before, but I have a user that when she is away from her computers more than 20 minutes, her computer automaticlly locks.  The first thing I checked was screen saver, but that does not have a password.  Also, when her computer  locks, it shows the desktop in the background.  I also checked her local group policy and could not find any place where this could be set.

Does anyone know if there is a GP that would lock a users computer?

Thanks,
