I am getting this message via email. Does anyone know how to correct the problem? I'm running Windows SBS 2003 and Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.

I am receiving this message via email every 30 minutes.  Does anyone know how I can correct this problem?

Administrator Alert: The Symantec Mail Security Quarantine has exceeded a set limit.
You should manage the Quarantine to remove files or change the Quarantine settings.

Quarantine date limits specify not to keep data more than 90 days.
Currently at least one Quarantine item is older than this limit.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to log into your Symantec Server and remove files in the Quarantine.  No need really to hold on to them anyway.

That's what I thought but it's showing 0 in the quarantine.
Check the set limit in Symantec. Perhaps it is set to a date that is in the future or something like that.

Another thing to consider is the amount of free space on the drive that the quarantine is on. If it is getting low, it is possible that that may cause problems.
