How to generate reports from Cisco Call Manager CDR data
Hi there,
We have a customer with cisco call manager v5.
They are looking for a reporting tool that query the CDR data and generate a report.
He has a hunt group setup for his help desk, he needs to see how many calls came through to the help desk, the source of the calls, number of rings before answered, who answered and what dept they were transferred to if applicable.
Anyone know how best to do this ?
