I had updated system from windows r2 standard editon to Enterprise R2 editon sp 2. Upgrade memory from 4 Gb to 16Gb on IBM X 346 server. All memory are same and part no is compatible to ibm x 346 series. After upgrade I added /PAE option in boot.ini and updated system with microsoft security patch and updates. System is showing 100% cpu usage and unable to open windows explorer, cmd or my computer properties for everything I am getting error The application failed to initialize properly (0X0000142).I am attaching mcaffe version details.

The fix to SmitFraud is to run a program called Vundo fix with your System restore off and in Safemode.
