Try this:

Click Start, run, then type: msinfo32 <enter>

In the System Information window, click Components, Problem Devices.

Get the VEN # and the DEV # for the problem device.

Goto http://www.pcidatabase.com/index.php and do a search for the VEN and DEV numbers.
This well tell you the manufacturer. Then goto the manufacturer's website and find the driver.

I have the same problem.  I traced the UL number to NMB TECHNOLOGIES CORP.  Dell only released 1 Vista driver for the 2707WFP monitor's card reader.  NMB says they did not make the card reader in the monitor.  Dell customer service refuses further help because the model is discontinued.

Who made the card reader??
Thanks.
