How do I remove a duplicate CAL or change the CAL expiration time? I have 3 duplicate CALs I need to remove from the Terminal Server Licensing list to make the CALs available for other pc's. These pc's had hard drive failures and were repaired and rebuilt. The rebuilt pc's rightly took a new license. But the old client that failed and cannot be recovered still holds a CAL which is not due to expire for several weeks. I have another pc from an occassional user that needs access and cannot get it because all licenses are in use. How do I proceed?
