Are you sure your calendar folder is in it's proper location and you have rights to it.<br />
Typically when you accept, decline or accept tentative Entorage will try to write this to a Calendar folder. If it cannot it will grey-out the buttons to do those functions.<br />

the &quot;Calendar&quot; folder can be moved out of it's default location by accident into some other place. Like a sub-folder of the inbox per-se, Entorage does not like that, though Outlook can handle it fine.<br />

I am unable to accept or decline meeting requests in Entourage (2008) on a Server 2003 Domain, we run Exchange 2003 here, meeting requests are being sent from users on Outlook 2007.
