I downloaded and installed windows media encoder sdk but vb.net cant find its library what do I do

I downloaded and installed windows media encoder 9 sdk
I typed Imports WMEncoderLib
vb.net underlines it and says namespace cannot be found what am I doing wronG?
I am using vb.net 2008 express
