Is there a way to have Google maps open to the same location every time? I want to click a Favorite Button that leads to a Map on Google that shows the traffic. When I hit refresh or go back to Google maps I have to retype the Zip Code and click traffic. Any Ideas?

Hope this helps.

We understand you may often look for information near your home or office. If you'd like to save a location in Google Maps, go to http://maps.google.com/maps. Enter your desired address in the Google Maps search box and click on the "Search" button. Once your address appears in the information window, select "Make this my default location." This address will be automatically set as the starting point the next time you choose to find businesses or get directions.

I am trying to get a view of traffic in southern California. I need more then one zip code and it to load with the traffic button checked. Any way of doing this?

look at this page http://maps.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=68479 and also view the my Maps link. I think this will handle everything that you need to do.

What I ended up doing was going to a map and in the right hand corner of the map is a link button. If you click that it gives you a long link to the exact location of the map and your current settings. Thanks.
