Create PDF from multiple Images generated by a VB.net code.

There will be two 300 dpi high resolution images generated from VB.net code that resides on a website. My requirement is that I want to add these 300 dpi high res images into a PDF with same same size as two pages.

why pdf?  You could just use jpeg.

This is the requirement. My client wants one PDF document instead of two Images. I'm happy to provide them JPEG/JPG format but they need PDF with two pages.

I think you'll need to use a third party SDK (software developer kit).  See the following:

http://www.biopdf.com/download.php

BioPDF is not the only conversion tool out there, but for the price it is a good one.
