problem while restoring backup

hi, i will take backup of my exchange 2007 sp1 backup & now i want to restore it to my another machine which is in different network. so i install win 2003 server x 64 bit enterprise edition & then restore the system state data that i have take up with my running e2k7 server. then i want to restore e2k7 with recovery swith. but before i start my instalation as per you suggesion i go to active directory & go to domain controler section where i could see my lost server, right click on the computer name & click on reset account then it gives me an error the server <domain name> is a domain controller, you cannot reset the password on this object. so that i cannot continue to use setup.com /m:recoverserver /donotstarttransport command.

first i will install win 2003 server x 64 bit edition on the different network then restore the system state data of exchange server which is currently running. then try to reset the account but get error you cannot reset the password on this object.if i drop out the process of reset account & directly try to run /m:recoverserver /donotstarttransport command then i will get error welcome to microsoft exchange 2007 unattendant setup, preparing exchange server setup, exchange server setup encontered an error.
