You'll probably need to get in touch with your company's IT folks -- there are several things on the server that need to be turned on for Exchange mail to work with your phone.   They may already be enabled, but either way you'll need to find out the name of your Domain and OWA server name (if it's turned on).

You'll need to have OWA (Outlook Web Access) enabled at the server user level, which your IT department will need to  turn on if it's not on yet.  You'll also need to get the OWA server name, which may or may not be different from a POP server name.

You'll need to contact your IT department.

If the server name you are entering is your internal mail server, it's probably not accessible from the outside world (your phone).  As saoirse1916 has stated, you will need to contact your IT folks and have them give you the name of the OWA server that is accessible from outside your company.
