exchange 2007 response delay

guys only 2 of my users are experinecing delays in opening the mail from outlook 2007,,, we are usiong exchange 2007 server. sometime mails open fine some time there is delays... is tehre any thing i can do froms erver or client machines...

i compact their pst and ost file from the clients but no joy....

No This dont seem to be an End user problem
it seem that you have  aproblem regarding or to:
- Exchange Server Hardware , Like Memory leak, CPU Overload, Disk Space, Slow HARDdisk performace
-Slow Global Catalog Server, that is not responding to your Exchange in the required time
