Information store not showing up in backup selections

i have a trial version of Symantec backup exec 12.5 running on windows 2003 server. I have the Exchange agent installed but am unable to select the info store.
 Please help

Has the Exchange server been rebooted since you installed the remote agent?

Can you view and select the mailboxes and public folders?

yes the exchange server has been rebooted.

here is the fix:
i just got off  the phone with symantec and the following is what we did to get it working.
We copied the mapi32.dll file from the c:\programfiles\exchsrvr\bin
and pasted it in the c:\program files\symante\backupexec folder
and also in the c:\winnt\systerm32 folder.
but the symantec tech and i are thinking that all we had to do was paste it in the backupexec folder.
