User profile transfer between domain controllers

First here is my setup:

-3 Separate domain controllers on the same network
-separated by 3 different subnets but able to communicate between the 3
-each server contains the users profile files on a separate disk which is mapped by the login.bat file

What I want t do is take users off of an existing domain controller and add to another.  Being there is hardly any data I will copy all the user data to the new location and simply change the network drive mapping in the login.bat.  I also have some users where this is setup in the profiile and I can change there.  Is there a way to transfer the user over profile/member of settings and etc?

I would also need to change the domain on the PC itself.  How can this be accomplished without visiting each PC?

Good AD documentation but does not tell me what I am looking as transferring users between 2 domain controllers.  From what I read a gradual changeover will work.

Sorry - possibly I misunderstood the question..
Are the domain controllers for different domains?
If so, you need to do a migration
