Delivery has failed to these recipients or distribution lists

I am getting delivery failed emails - if i send from the outside i am able to send email to russ@domain.com, but internal clients are unable to send emails. if i type the email address without using gal the mail goes right through. I have cleared the outlook cache but still no luck

in OWA it comes right in. I have even removed my outlook profile and recreated
