-We use a Watchguard Firebox III 700 as our corporate firewall / vpn.
-Use the Microsoft XP and Vista VPN client (with default settings)
-2 laptops having problem use Sprint Mobile Broadband to connect to internet when outside the office.

As of yesterday morning, I have 2 laptops that all of a sudden can no longer connect to our VPN using their Sprint Broadband card.  No changes have been made to the Watchguard and when I open the traffic monitor to watch them come in, nothing is displayed.  I have other users that are not using sprint broadband that can connect fine.  This also happens using the connection in some hotels..

Can you check if those users can connect to VPN if they use some other ISP; if yes, then check with Sprint if they have specifically denied VPN traffic; if not then we need to look at logs and other details.

Are you using PPTP or IPSec VPN; please provide details.

Thank you.
