disable the paste function

How can I disable the paste option in a text box the paste from the right click and the key board

I'm not sure this is possible.   Paste is done with ctrl+v, shift+insert, and right click.   It may be possible to add code to the keydown event handler and prevent the two keyboard pastes.  

As to the right click I'm not sure.   You may be able to send a cancel if the right mouse button is selected in the mouse down event for the text box.
