How can I block MSN Messenger through Sonicwall Firewall

I have created two access rules on Sonicwall firewall that blocks MSN TCP port 1863 and MSN UDP port 1863, Source: LAN Target: WAN, but it is not blocking users to logon to MSN Messenger. Do anybody have any idea..
