an anyone provide a Voice Port configuration for an FXS port for a Fax in Cisco Call Manager Express 4.3?

I have a Fax machine and and configured the dial peer etc:

voice-port 0/2/0
 no battery-reversal
 cptone GB

dial-peer voice 12 pots
 destination-pattern 1151
 port 0/2/0

Fax is saying no dial - not sure what I am missing?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for this.
My config actually worked - turned out to be a cable issue. - will add your caller-id configuration as well too! :)
