Hello, i have setup a SSL vpn solution that is working great but there are some problems that a some users are having. When they launch the RDP the window does not come up with the option of running in full screen. It minimizes everything so that it can fit into a window that i cant seem to make bigger.
Other users dont have that problem and use the SSL vpn like they use their cisco vpn client and run the RDP in full screen.

Any input?

We need to determine the differences between the ones that work fine and the ones that don't in order to find any anomalies. Are they all using the exact same version of ssl client? Exact same version of OS and SP level? same Java version? I would probably look first at the Java SE version..

Most likely diffrent. But it would be nice if you knew of a Java SE version that i could tell the users to use if they have problems. But i dont think that Java is the only problem?

Have you never seen this problem before?

Did you ever find a definitive solution to this issue as I have suddenly stumbled upon the same?
