Error Code 10060 while trying to connect to a Website

Hello,

I have an issue where we can connect to the internet but cannot reach a particular site.  We are running ISA 2004 on an SBS 2003 server.  Here is the error I get on the browser.
Explanation: The request timed out before the page could be retrieved.

The page cannot be displayed

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code 10060: Connection timeout
Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties.

Please refer to the attached pic.  I also got timed out while pinginng and nslookup.

Please let me know what I can do

I don't open attachments - do you want to give me the exact URL you are attempting to get to?
Please also confirm you have ISA2004 SP3 installed.

Hi Keith,

Sorry I took so long to reply.  It turns out that I just needed to add a firewall policy for "DNS Internal Local Host".  After I added this policy on the ISA2004 console, it started working.
