Cannot Sync Palm Treo 700p With Exchange 2007

Exchange 2007 running on my Windows 2003 Server 64bit

I have everything on exchange running properly as follows:

OWA Works
SSL from Go Daddy
iPhones sync with Exchange no problem

My issue is with this Verizon Palm Treo 700p

It's fully updated and does not sync at all. I cannot even add imap or pop because the email account is so large most likely. I can however, set up pop/imap on Mac Mail or Outlook

I tried to disable SSL on MS Active Sync in IIS and it didn't help. Not sure what i'm missing... any input?

What error are you getting on the device?  Most likely it doesn't have the right certificate for SSL - you will need to import the SSL cert into the Treo.
