A user is unable to sync his his remote database with our Act Databaser server. &nbsp;He is a remote user and off site and suddently he gets the following error when attempting to to sync his database.<br />

Failed to synchronize with the server. Server Error Description; Sync initialization error occurred in database object PRC_SYN_PROCESS_INITFILE: CANNOT DETERMINE ISATTACHSYNC VALUE!<br />
Sync initialization error in database object PRC_SYNC_PROCESS_INITIALIZ<wbr />E  INITFILE. Contact your administrator for assistance.<br />

Single User on ACT is unable to sync his database

Act! (previously known as Sage ACT!) is a customer relationship management (CRM) software application which is used to keep track of client and prospect details in a single database that can be shared by multiple users. Act! features include contact, company and opportunity management, a calendar, communication tools, the ability to track prospective customers, "dashboards", reports, and the ability to synchronize data from other applications or other Act! users over the web.
