Occasionally, an end-user will receive an internet email message from a specific user (and only this user) that he is unable to open. The error he receives when attempting to open the email is: Outlook 2007 Error: Cannot Open This Item. A required action was not successful because of an unspecified error.<br />
All other email messages received open fine, with no errors. The only difference that I can tell is the icon associated with the email  regular emails have an envelope associated with the email  the email received from this specific user is an opened envelope with another icon of some sort attached to it.<br />
I am thinking some kind of security issue, but I cant figure it out.<br />
