How do I find if an AD security group has any permissions throughout parent and child folders

Our organizaton recently imported all of our Novell infrastructure into Active directory.  Now, months later I have been tasked to delete all the unused security groups. Is there a tool I can run to search a logical drive or share to see if a given security group has permissions to any of the files or folders?
