Hi

We are running OCS 2007 server in our Windows 2003 enviroment. Our networking is all Cisco.

The quality of our video conferencing using OCS 2007 isn't that great, so I was wondering if we need to use Quality of Service for the OCS 2007 packets.

Couple of questions

a) Does anyone know what port OCS 2007 packets use?
b) Do the OCS 2007 video conferencing packets use a different port than the standard IM ones? If so, what port does I need to use with QoS?
c) Is there anything else I can do to resolve this?

OCS natively supports DiffServ through DSCP marking by the end-points. Read OCS 2007 Technical Reference Page 105 ff.
