PeterSFisher,

How are you doing?

- What font(s) are included in your document?
- Which office version are using?
- Is this limited it on application (ie, Excel or Word) or multiple applications within the office suite?

Also - here is the general adobe troubleshooting for version 8.

Hope this helps,

I can't display a document.
The font that seems to be giving me trouble is Arial-Black.
The Office version is XMS Office PXP Pro 10.0.6626.0.
Only application is Adobe Acrobat Document Viewer.
Document is attached.
The adobe troubleshooting was of no help.

PeterSFisher,

So you are only using Acrobat to "view files", you do not use it to create or make PDF Files, thus it is not acrobat professional, correct?

If not, then you can get  a free upgrade to version 9 of the acrobat reader (viewer):

When you said "document is attached", is it attached in an outlook e-mail, or were you going to attach it to this posting?

Thank you,

Kevin
