OCS internal call quality improvements

We are testing OCS 2007 and calls between OCS clients and external numbers work great (we have made some QOS adjustments on our switches).  Internal OCS - OCS calls still result in a muffled or tinny quality using either the software end point, catalina end point or tanjay endpoint.  Is there a seperate OCS setting that controls OCS - OCS call quality on the server?
