We are testing OCS 2007 and calls between OCS clients and external numbers work great (we have made some QOS adjustments on our switches).  Internal OCS - OCS calls still result in a muffled or tinny quality using either the software end point, catalina end point or tanjay endpoint.  Is there a seperate OCS setting that controls OCS - OCS call quality on the server?

Flow media stream (RTP) "peer to peer" or "peer to ocs server to peer"?

You could install the QoE monitoring server role to measure a/v quality (Mean Opinion Score value). It can help to discover your problem. MS provides some reports for MS SQl Reporting services with QoE Server. Search for "QoE" in MS Downloads section.

Installing the QOE server assited in identifying the root cause of the issue.
