How do I go about preventing specified users from viewing the home phone numbers os other users through AD? Mainly, I don't want them in everyone's global address book, but if possible a way to allow and/or dissallow viewing of specific attributes.

Hi,
Well there is an option in Windows Server 2003 SP1 for hiding AD Attirbutes, using Confidential Bit. I think it should be able to help you. That is the closest you can get
