how to fix the network

hi everyone

i have a microsoft windows 2003 server, my network is

ROUTER (speed touch)
PIX 501 ( got vpn details to head ofice)
Switch (cisco Catalyst)

what is happening is when i connect any computer to the wall point it trys to obtain an ip address but then come up with limited connectivity ,if i give the computer a static IP address it works, other wise it doesnt,same happen with my Access Points ( cisco 1200 series)when i connect to wireless it gives limited connectivity but when i give a static ip it works.

what i want is to computer obtain IP address without a static ip address.

what is the problem and how can i fix it.

Who is doing your DHCP? The Windows 2003 server or the Cisco Pix?

It should be your Windows Server doing it.. check there first.

nothing is assigning the DHCP service
how can i enable it?
