Export UserName, User Group & OU In AD

Dear All,

Is there a tool that I can list out  the followings information from AD to a CSV file?

1. User full name
2. Type: User, Group , OU
3. Description: example- theatre manager  
4. User logon name
5. Status: active / disabled.

Active Directory query itself gives all these information try to configure query in you AD and simple select all and export it to file in txt or csv
