I have videos loaded on Amazon S3. I want to set up a streaming video player on website that will stream the videos and begin playing without having to download the entire file.

Recommendations for the best, easiest video playing to embed on my webpage?

Thanks!

the preferred video format for web pages is flash  followed by quicktime and Real but those get into drm.
Useful info
There are a variety of options for delivering video to Adobe Flash Player. You must choose a delivery option before you can add Flash video to your site.

If you are looking for a solution specifically for S3, take a look at http://www.streamincloud.com. It will encode all the videos you upload to a bucket to Flash FLV format.
