database-painter

Does anyone know how can i use database painter in PB 11 to create a sql anywhere database and sample tables for training purposes.

According to a DB 7 book, i can simply go to database painter and "create database" from File menu.
I can enter the database name, userid and password in the "Create Local Database" window.

Then i use Table painter to create new tables.

I can't find this in PB 11. Can anyone help in finding that.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are three versions of PowerBuilder; Desktop, Enterprise, and Pro.  It may well be that the feature you are looking for is not a part of the version you are using.

i am using Enterprise. I think it supports database creation and table/data editing.
