CME and phone registeration

I have a 3745 running CME. I'm running CIPC on a laptop and using the web interface to manage the device but I can't make the phone register with the CME. Here is my code, does anything look wrong?

enable auto register in CME under telephone-service and restart phone

what about the VLAN , did u created voice and data vlan
