Outlook 2007 reminders not reminding.

We have a server 2003 domain with several terminal servers. We upgraded from office 2003 to 2007 and installed service pack 1 and all other updates for office. But several of our users are having a problem where they are not getting any reminders for any of their calendars or tasks. They do have appointments and tasks set to remind them, but it simply is not reminding them.
I have tested it on another account, and there hasn't been any problems.

Ryder66,

How are you doing?

Try this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286166

Also, check to ensure your Outlook 2007 is not set for delivery to a Personal
Folders File and that it uses the correct Exchange credentials.
Hope this helps,
Kevin

Cheers for that. I probably should've search MS a bit more.
