Activating infopath form

Hi,


I'm trying to activate an InfoPath form template, but keep getting this error:

The form template could not be activated to the following site collection: http://intranet. You do not have the permissions required to perform this operation. Only the administrators of this site collection can activate to the site collection. Either add yourself as a site collection administrator, or have a site collection administrator activate the form template.

this is a MOSS set up and I am a site collection admin. Anyone has experiecced this and any solutions?

This is a bug in Forms Server.
 
You need to get the ID of the form (starting with urn:) from the form templates library.
 
Then, on the MOSS server, open stsadm and input the following command:
 
stsadm -o activateformtemplate -formid (enter the id here) -url (enter the url of your site here)

thanks and will try and see how it works.
What do you mean by the site url ?- is it the main site or the forms library address that i have published the form?

It's the site collection, so in your case http://intranet
