Blackberry read/unread via OWA

We have an Exchange 2007 SP1 server with OWA. A blackberry curve is set up to connect to the OWA to synchronize mail. Is it possible to leave messages in bold(unread) until they are also opened on the PC via outlook?

Hi,
No it would not be possible, mail once opened via OWA will remain read. Unless the user manually changes it to unread
