One of my users is running outlook 2003 with exchnage server 2007. Everything was working fine till helpdesk has to delete and re create her romaing profile from server and workstation to solve a problem.
But after that all her future calendar meetings/appointments are not visible. When she tries to create a future appointment in her calendar, it gets booked on today's date. On left pane of calendar view, you can see days in bold, which means appointments are there for those days but when you go to that specific date, there isn't any appointment. She can access all her appointments when she uses Outlook Web Access.
I have tried following things:
1. Delete her domain profile and create again.
2. Delete her outlook profile and create agian.
3. Use different computer.
4. Disable roaming profile - log on to different computer - create email profile.
None of these solutions have worked. When I view her calendar from my profile, I can see all appointments. When She uses OWA, she can view all her appointments. Please help to solve this riddle!
