Users have access to other network drives

I have an AD domain and set up users with a network 'H' drive.  (set up under the AD users home folders).  Any user can browse the network and view/modify any one else folder.  How do I set up the share on th server so users only have access to their folder?

Go to the each users home folder on the server and go to properties of that folder, then sharing then permissions.  Make sure that only that user name has access and the administrator has access.  If there is a 'domain users' or 'authenticated users' or 'everyone' in there, remove them.
